Community Guidelines

Scope and Purpose

These community guidelines apply to all public comments, discussions, and user-generated content on the Krelora platform (krelora.com), including but not limited to blog comments, forum posts, and any other form of public communication.

The purpose of these guidelines is to create a respectful, constructive, and safe environment for exchanging ideas and experiences related to productivity, time management, and daily planning.

By using the comment function, you agree to these guidelines. Krelora reserves the right to remove comments that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

Code of Conduct

The following rules of conduct are mandatory:

  • Respectful interaction: Treat other users as you would like to be treated. Constructive criticism is welcome; personal attacks are not.
  • Constructive contributions: Contribute to high-quality discussions. Comments should be relevant and comprehensible.
  • Honesty: Do not impersonate others or spread deliberate misinformation.
  • Stay on topic: Keep your comments relevant to the respective post. Off-topic comments may be removed.
  • Language: Use appropriate language. Vulgar, offensive, or discriminatory expressions are prohibited.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately:

  • Hate speech and discrimination: Content that demeans, discriminates against, or incites hatred toward persons or groups based on origin, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics.
  • Glorification of violence: Content that glorifies, threatens, or incites violence.
  • Harassment and bullying: Systematic harassment, intimidation, or threatening of other users.
  • Spam and advertising: Unsolicited advertising, chain letters, affiliate links, or repeated identical comments.
  • Third-party personal data: Publishing personal information of others without their explicit consent (doxxing).
  • Copyright infringement: Publishing copyrighted content without permission of the rights holder.
  • Illegal content: Content that violates Swiss law or international law, including but not limited to fraud, defamation, and slander.
  • Malware and phishing: Links to malicious software or phishing sites.
  • Pornographic or offensive content: Sexually explicit or otherwise offensive content.
  • Automated posts: Comments created by bots or automated systems.

Moderation and Consequences

All comments are reviewed by our moderation team before publication. Krelora reserves the right to take the following actions:

  • Removal: Comments that violate these guidelines will be removed without prior notice.
  • Editing: In exceptional cases, comments may be edited to remove problematic content while preserving overall context.
  • Blocking: In case of repeated or severe violations, the IP address or user may be blocked.
  • Legal action: For criminally relevant content, Krelora reserves the right to inform the relevant authorities and initiate legal proceedings.

Decisions of the moderation team are final. There is no entitlement to the publication of a comment.

Reporting Violations

If you discover a comment that violates these guidelines, please report it to us at email@krelora.com. Please indicate the relevant post and provide a brief description of the violation.

We take every report seriously and will promptly review the reported content.

Krelora is not liable for damages arising from the use of or reliance on user-generated content. Each user is solely responsible for their own contributions.

Krelora stores the IP address of each commenter for law enforcement and abuse prevention purposes. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes and Contact

Krelora reserves the right to modify these community guidelines at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use of the comment function after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
